Hi, I’m Kristof, a diver and underwater photographer from Belgium.
Ever since I started diving, I’ve been drawn to the silence and beauty beneath the waves. A world full of life, mystery and moments few people ever see.
Every dive is a little adventure. Being out on the ocean is already a pleasure, but capturing the perfect image takes more: preparation, patience, understanding animal behavior and technical knowledge of gear and photography. Often, it’s about being in the right place at the right time... hoping the ocean decides to cooperate. That “hunt” for authentic moments is what I love most.
Photography for me isn’t just pressing a button. It’s about truly seeing: observing, understanding, and translating a short underwater moment into an image that tells a story.
